I lost my wife last year, so I am trying to learn how to cook. I watch the Food Channel, and I see Emeril, Rachel Ray, Wolfgang Puck, all using these knives to chop stuff on a chopping board. What kind of knives are they using? Where do I get them? Regards-Bob.
