How do you cook spaghetti to order?
U have 2 orders of fish left 3 orders get placed..what do you do?
what is a bain marie?
your selling price is your food cost multiplied by what number?
How do you cook a rare piece of prime rib from the center to well done?
How many tickets can you run alone at once?
Are you proud the way your snickerdoodles and brownies come out?
Do you care about the way someone else makes a certain dish?
Would you cut into a piece of meat to see if it’s at temp?
If you would how would you do it?
Would you cut a grilled sandwich in half with a spatula?
What do you care about more..your knives or your recipe book?
