i want to buy a knife set that i won’t have to sharpen. i see a lot of the Santoku knife’s that look like what Rachel Ray uses on her cooking show, but i don’t know if i would have to sharpen it if i buy it. they’re pretty cheap, like $39.99 for a Cuisinart forged prep set. i’m looking to hear from those that really know what i mean. i want to be able to slice a piece of meat without any trouble at all. what’s good out there?
